Herb Garden
Last year I started an herb garden. What’s growing so far in it this year is sage, terragon, fennel, lavender, rosemary, thyme, lemon balm, pepperment, spearament, borage, savory, oregano and chives. I still have several basils, some chamomile, anise and a few others to put out still.

I am definitely in agreement with H. Shukla on the hand clipping. I’ve had the experience we’re I have hand clipped apical buds, and it helps the growth and vitality of the herb. Try It!

I realize this post is quite old but I’m wondering if you have noticed if butterflies are more or less attracted to particular herbs. We’re adding quite a bit of edible plants to our garden this year and hope to also encourage more butterflies to visit.
